30 Night Mattress Comfort Exchange

If your Therapist Choice mattress feels too firm or too soft in the first 30 nights, we offer a one time exchange for a different comfort level within our range. This guarantee covers mattress feel and firmness preference only—it's not a medical guarantee for pain relief, and exchanges are limited to Therapist Choice models. No refunds—exchange only. Your mattress must be in pristine condition. Terms & Conditions 1. Claim Period Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. Claims outside this period will not be accepted. 2. Delivery & Collection Costs You pay all delivery and collection fees. These charges vary by area and will be confirmed before processing your exchange. 3. What's Not Covered This guarantee does not apply to custom sizes, special orders, clearance items, ex-display, floor stock, outlet purchases, or second-hand mattresses. 4. Pristine Condition Required Your mattress must be returned in original, resaleable condition with no damage, including: No staining or soiling of any kind No exposure to bodily fluids No odours (smoke, pets, perfume, cooking, or cleaning products) No tears, rips, marks, or physical damage All tags must remain attached 5. Our Assessment is Final Therapist Choice has sole discretion to determine whether your mattress meets returnable condition standards. If your mattress fails inspection, the exchange will not proceed. 6. Mattress Protector Mandatory A waterproof mattress protector must be used from the first night. Proof of purchase required. Without continuous protector use, we cannot accept your exchange. 7. Exchange Fee A $250 processing fee applies to all mattress exchanges under this guarantee, regardless of the replacement mattress value. 8. One Exchange Only You may exchange your mattress once within the 30-night period. The replacement mattress is final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. 9. No Refunds We do not offer refunds under this comfort guarantee. Exchange for a different Therapist Choice mattress only. 10. Mattresses Only This guarantee applies to mattresses only. Bases, frames, pillows, and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. 11. Warranty, Refunds & Returns

Congratulations on your purchase of a quality Therapist Choice adjustable bed. Your Consumer Rights Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to: A replacement or full refund for a major failure Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage Have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure Warranty Coverage Therapist Choice provides comprehensive warranty protection against faulty workmanship and materials: Adjustable Bed Components Frame: 10 years Motor & Electrical Components: 5 years Mattresses Memory Foam Mattress: 10 years Pocket Spring Mattress: 5 years Accessories Headboard: 1 year Rails: 1 year Footboard: 1 year During the warranty period: If we determine there is a genuine manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the product at our earliest convenience. For customers outside our service areas, parts will be sent to you. Freight charges may apply if the product needs to be returned to Therapist Choice. Safety Guidelines General Safety A minimum of 2 able and fit adults should lift or move beds and mattresses. Use trolleys or lifting devices where possible Keep naked flames, cigarettes, and heat sources away from the bed—fire risk Do not allow children to play on or around the adjustable bed Never operate the bed while anyone is underneath the base Keep body parts clear of the adjustable frame while operating Do not rock or tilt the frame Ensure bed cabling is free from the mechanism and not run over when moving Position beds away from power points to avoid damage to outlets, plugs, and cabling Do not manipulate motors or electrical components—qualified tradespeople only Height Adjustable Bases Always keep the base in its lowest position for sleeping and resting Use the raised position only for carer access, ease of entry/exit, or making the bed Therapist Choice beds feature gravity fall motors and safety sensor bars for added protection Weight Limits Hi-Lo beds: Maximum 180kg Non Hi-Lo beds: 125kg per section (double/queen), 250kg total maximum Long single/king single: 1 person, 250kg maximum What's NOT Covered by Warranty The warranty does not extend to: Fabric damage (stains, soiling, burns, normal wear) Items deemed unsanitary upon inspection Products with missing contents labels Mattresses used on inadequate or insufficient bed frames Body indentations less than 35mm (pillow top) or 25mm (non-pillow top) Normal wear and tear or abuse damage Clearance items sold "as is" Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions Warranty Requirements To maintain valid warranty coverage, you must: ✓ Be the original purchaser ✓ Provide original Therapist Choice invoice ✓ Not misuse the product ✓ Always use a mattress protector ✓ Follow all care and maintenance instructions Care & Maintenance Instructions Mattress Care Cleaning: Do NOT wash or dry clean your mattress Use a professional mattress cleaning company if needed Always use a mattress protector to prevent accidental soiling Rotation (Pocket Spring Models): First 4 months: Rotate end-to-end every 2 weeks After 4 months: Rotate end-to-end every 3 months Do NOT flip—these are one-sided mattresses Bed Frame Maintenance Check legs and castors for tightness regularly Lock castors except when moving the bed Lubricate moving parts every 12 months with non-corrosive lubricant (we recommend INOX) Position bed with clearance from walls and objects Use controller only for intended bed adjustments, not for entertainment Do not constantly push controller buttons unnecessarily When Transporting Do not over-tighten restraints when securing the bed Adjusting to Your New Bed Your new bed may feel different at first. This is normal—your body needs time to adjust to the extra comfort and support. Give yourself time to adapt to your new sleep system. Body Indentations Are Normal Small surface indentations are normal as upholstery filling settles and conforms to your body. This is NOT a manufacturing fault: Pillow top mattresses: Up to 35mm settling is normal Non-pillow top mattresses: Up to 25mm settling is normal Comfort layers will continue to settle over the mattress's life, so the "feel" will gradually change. Do you offer existing bed base and mattress removal? Yes, we offer two removal options to make your upgrade as seamless as possible: Council Collection Service We can move your existing bed to the curb for council pickup. Please note that council regulations require items to be placed out no more than 24 hours before your scheduled collection date, so you'll need to arrange your council pickup beforehand and let us know the date. Waste Facility Disposal We can take your old bed directly to a local waste facility for immediate disposal. This service costs approximately $200 per mattress (facility fees) plus our standard delivery charge. If you'd like to arrange removal, please mention it when placing your order so we can coordinate the logistics with your provider.
