For faster turnaround, we also offer compliant reports through physiotherapist assessments, which can be scheduled on even shorter notice. Please note that physiotherapist assessments are specifically for bed recommendations and do not cover other household items or modifications.
After your appointment, reports are typically submitted within 5-10 business days. During this period, we can assist with registration with your chosen aged care or NDIS provider to streamline the approval process.
Urgent cases: Depending on the urgency—for example, after discharge from hospital—we may be able to triage your appointment to expedite the process. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances further.

Our OT reports are fully compliant with various funding programs including Support at Home, Restorative Care, End of Life funding, NDIS, and other government support schemes.
